Have you ever skipped stones through an icy creek?
Have you ever laid on your back and watched the clouds float passed?
...or blown the seeds off a dandelion while the sun warmed your back?
Perhaps you can remember when the world seemed to be laying ahead of you instead of behind?
Welcome to OliveLand Photography...where the dream is to capture the Simplicity, Elegance, and Beauty of everyday life.
I'm so thrilled to be able to start putting together a portfolio for people to look at.
It makes me feel one step closer to my dream.
I hope that anyone who stumbles past here enjoys looking at my photos as much as I have loved taking them.
I allowed my love of Photography to be pushed aside for far too long. However it was recently rediscovered. I've enjoyed picture taking my entire life, but have found that my love has been intensified with my own two children. If it wasn't for them there would be no OliveLand Photography. They have opened my eyes and allowed me to experience the world the way that a child sees it...and it is truly amazing. There is something magical in the air when watching a child play or even preform everyday tasks if you allow yourself the time to pay attention.
For myself, being able to capture a special moment and freeze it into time is priceless.
Thank you to my family, friends, and any future families who allow me to try and capture the beauty and magic in their household.
